When a child makes his debut and is suddenly informed that he has Type 1 Diabetes, this causes a great impact, combining feelings of stress, uncertainty and adaptation, which not only affect him, but also his parents and all his close surroundings.

Our DIDO project was born to improve the well-being and quality of life of these children and of all their close surroundings, in order to avoid crises and be able to promote independence when injecting only in a responsible, simple, friendly way and helping to facilitate your treatment.

Dido was created and inspired by all children who debut with Type 1 Diabetes and seek more age-friendly support. The support developed by Dido does not only include the patient, but also all their close environment and their medical team.

.

Creating habits in the early stages is essential, especially when we are talking about a condition that occurs so suddenly, and that is often extremely painful.

.

As a Dido team, we are here to support children and those close to them. We care about providing tools to the medical team, in order to facilitate and make the treatment of Type 1 Diabetes more fun.
